Jefferey Pratt began their work experience in 2006 at Coborn's, Inc., where they started as a bagger and worked their way up to Assistant Store Manager. Jefferey was employed at multiple locations and assisted in opening new stores. In 2007, they joined the US Army as a Psychological Operations Detachment NCOIC, where they led a team of soldiers and served in Iraq and Kuwait. In 2016, Pratt worked as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist at Agri-Cover, Inc., where they managed the supply chain and contributed to the LEAN manufacturing committee. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Sanford Health as a Principal Contract Specialist and later as a Contract Manager-Category Management. Currently, Pratt holds the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager at Conductiv, starting in 2022.
Jefferey Pratt began their education in 2007 at St. Cloud State University, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in a particular field of study. In 2010, they attended the University of Phoenix and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies by 2011. In 2018, Pratt enrolled at the University of Mary, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Care Administration in 2019. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the University of Sioux Falls, with an expected completion date in 2023.
