Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing at Conductiv

Melia Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Melia started their career as a Legal Assistant at Leggett & Platt in 2005 and later worked as a Teacher of English for International Relations at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in 2007. Melia then transitioned to roles at World Vision, where they served as a Compliance Administrator from 2009 to 2010 and an Associate Contract Officer from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they worked as a Grant Administrator Consultant at the City of South Haven in 2011 and as a Contract Specialist at Bronson Methodist Hospital from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Melia worked at Medpricer as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they managed the strategic sourcing process for various categories and achieved significant savings for clients. Most recently, they have held roles at Conductiv, first as the Director of Strategic Sourcing from 2018 to 2022, and currently as the Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing. In this role, they are responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle improvement events, negotiating and contracting healthcare and Group Purchasing Organization contracts, and maintaining supplier and customer relationships.

Melia Moore attended Ozark Christian College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature.
