Veena Jayadeva

Veena Jayadeva, MA, MBA, currently serves as an Advisor for Equity and Impact at Conductiv since January 2020. Previously, Veena held various leadership roles, including Interim VP of ESG at Paramount and Member at Chief. At Guardian Life, significant contributions were made as Head of Sustainability and Chief of Staff to the Chief Information and Operations Officer. Veena's entrepreneurial experience includes founding and serving as CEO of SGD Consulting, along with serving as Vice President of Development at Grameen America, Inc. Early career roles include consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and research positions at the International Monetary Fund and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Veena holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and an MA in International Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS, complemented by a BA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
