Ryan Sherman

Ryan Sherman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ryan started their career as an Integrated Marketing Intern at MTV Networks-Spike TV Marketing, where they updated the marketing department's binder and managed data on Excel spreadsheets. Afterwards, they worked at The Baseball Center as a Program Developer, Marketing Coordinator, and Private baseball instructor, creating appealing programs, offering private lessons, and teaching basic fundamentals of baseball.

Ryan then moved on to Harlem Lanes as an Event/Marketing Coordinator, where they implemented customized programs to increase revenue and built positive relationships with clients. Ryan later joined Mondo, first as a Sales Team Lead and then as a Sales Manager, leading the largest revenue-generating sales team, winning multiple awards, and achieving President's Club recognition. At Russell Tobin, Ryan served as the Director Of Business Development, providing staffing solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Currently, Ryan holds the role of Senior Director of Market Development at Conductor, the world's leading organic marketing company. Ryan previously served as the Director of Market Development at the same company, where they contributed to the development of their content intelligence platform, Conductor Searchlight, and helped marketers understand customer intent through data analysis.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, business development, and team leadership. Ryan has a track record of driving results, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Ryan Sherman attended The Beacon School from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Regents Diploma. Ryan later studied at Dickinson College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a B.A in Political Science.
