Karren Jensen

Co-Founder & CEO at Conductor Software

Karren Jensen is the co-founder and CEO of Conductor Software. Karren has over fifteen years of experience in business process analysis, quality assurance, marketing and event management.

Karren started their career as a research associate at Queensland University of Technology in 2010. Karren then moved into the business world, taking on various roles in marketing and event management. In 2012, they became the quality coordinator at Lives Lived Well, where they developed and implemented quality frameworks.

In 2013, Karren became the chief operating officer at neuresource group. Karren was responsible for analysing and improving business processes, as well as developing solutions to maximise business outcomes. Karren left neuresource group in 2018 to co-found Conductor Software.

As CEO of Conductor Software, Karren is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Under their leadership, Conductor Software has become a leading provider of software solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Karren Jensen has a Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Queensland, with a major in Policy. Karren also has a Diploma in Social Sciences from Coorparoo College. Karren is currently completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Chifley Business School.
