Linda Ray has extensive experience in leadership consulting, neuroscience, and psychological safety. Linda is the founder and CEO of NeuroCapability, where they focus on building psychologically safe workplaces through the development and delivery of neuroscience-based leadership programs and psychological safety assessment tools. Linda also co-founded Conductor Software, a company that provides online tools to measure and improve team and organizational psychological safety. As a professional speaker, they deliver keynote speeches and workshops on applied neuroscience and psychological safety globally. Linda is a certified PRISM Brain Mapping practitioner and was previously the CEO of neuresource group. Linda also worked as a director at Subtext and as a senior trainer/consultant at Lighthouse Resources, specializing in strengths-based and solution-focused approaches in the human services sector.

Linda Ray pursued their education at Middlesex University from 2010 to 2012, obtaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Neuroscience of Leadership. Previously, they attended The University of Queensland between 1982 and 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Administration, specializing in Human Services.
