Blake Haggerty

Blake Haggerty is a seasoned talent acquisition and people operations leader with extensive experience in tech recruiting and team development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent and People Operations at ConductorOne since April 2022, Blake previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at LightStep until its acquisition by ServiceNow. Prior to that, Blake led talent acquisition efforts at CoreOS through its acquisition by RedHat/IBM and was instrumental in various roles at Rackspace, focusing on recruiting, partner management, and cloud product promotion. Blake's earlier career includes significant recruitment and sales roles at Sapphire Technologies and Gibson Rose, showcasing a strong foundation in technology staffing and market engagement.
