Jay Sherman

Jay Sherman is currently the Director of Sales Enablement at ConductorOne, where they focus on building the sales enablement function for an AI-native identity security platform. Previously, Jay served as the Sr. Director of GTM Enablement and Sr. Director of Sales Enablement at HackerOne, where they developed sales enablement strategies over a span of five years. They also held roles as VP of Channel Sales at Augeo and Manager of Partner Sales Enablement at Okta. Jay co-owned and managed several businesses earlier in their career, directing sales, sales management, and business operations. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
