John Degner

John Degner has over 14 years of work experience in the software engineering field. John began their career in 2007 as a Lead Developer at Farwest Steel. In 2011, they took on the role of Engineering Manager at Webtrends, followed by a Developer role at The Program in 2012. John then moved to Bleacher Report as Lead Engineer in 2012. In 2015, they became Co-Founder and Developer at Inverse. In 2018, they were appointed Principal Engineer at StrikeBlock. From 2019 to 2021, John worked as a Software Engineer at RELATIVE PATH LLC, Manetu Inc., and ConductorOne.

John Degner attended the University of Oregon from 1999 to 2003, where they earned three Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, and RDC Honors College.
