Derick Lemmon

Derick Lemmon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of Sales Operations at Conduent since June 2021. Prior to this role, Derick held the position of Managing Director and Chief of Staff for Data & Rep Technology at Charles Schwab for a brief period in late 2020. Between August 2016 and December 2020, Derick advanced at Sabre Corporation as Senior Director and Chief of Staff, where strategic business activities were driven for the Lodging, Ground & Sea division, as well as serving as Program Manager for Airline Solutions. Derick's earlier career includes roles at Allstate as a Senior Business Consultant, hibu as Project Manager, and as a District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America, alongside military service in the Ohio Air National Guard. Derick holds an MBA from Ashford University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Franklin University.
