Ed Ryan

Ed Ryan is an experienced leader in global talent acquisition, currently serving as the Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Conduent from March 2022 to February 2025. In this role, responsibility includes overseeing a team of 500 recruiters, sourcers, and onboarding specialists, delivering talent solutions across various sectors including technology, government, and healthcare. Prior to Conduent, Ed Ryan held key positions at Fareportal, IBM Global Business Services, and Pershing, where significant achievements included managing large-scale global recruitment efforts. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Boston College and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University.
