Eric Drewry

Eric Drewry is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network engineering and management, primarily in contact center implementations. Currently serving as Senior Network Engineer at Conduent since March 2017, Eric has been instrumental in launching call centers for state Medicare eligibility programs and enhancing IT management processes. Previous roles include managing network operations for Nike at Atos/Xerox and overseeing IT operations across multiple call centers at Teleservices Direct and Xerox. Eric has a background in IT direction and program management, as well as distinct experience in developing and implementing various technology systems and security protocols across multiple organizations. Educational background includes studies at Quinsigamond Community College and Grafton High School.
