Fernando Gonzalez is an accomplished Senior Voice Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and technical leadership. Currently employed at Conduent since July 2017, Fernando holds dual roles as both a Senior Voice Engineer and Global Information Technology Director, overseeing IT Telecom infrastructure and operations. Prior to Conduent, Fernando served as a Senior Voice Engineer-Technical Lead at HCL Technologies, managing voice and video operations for the USAA bank account.
