Ilka León

Ilka León is a Senior Manager of Project Management at Conduent, where they have implemented PMO practices under PMI methodology. With a background in project management and business consulting at Syngenta for nearly two decades, Ilka has also held positions as a program manager at Conduent and operations manager at Visualk Knowledge. They earned a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Galileo and a Bachelor's degree in Systems from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. Prior to their current role, Ilka worked at various organizations, including serving as Director of IT at the Ministry of Economy and as an analyst programmer at Sun de Guatemala and Ingenio Santa Ana.
