James Young

James Young is a seasoned IT operations leader with extensive experience in technology and product management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Operations Services at Conduent since August 2020, James has successfully built a new team to support the CAP Azure PAAS offering and established a ticketing and defect resolution process. Prior experience at Oracle spanned from August 2013 to June 2020, where roles included Product Manager and Global Signaling Solutions Support Senior Manager, focusing on cross-functional collaboration, new product introductions, and tier 3 support. At Tekelec, from August 1990 to August 2013, James held positions such as Senior Design Support Manager, overseeing a global team for tier 3 support and critical maintenance releases. James's technical expertise includes proficiency in SS7 protocols and related areas. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, completed in 1989.
