John van Lith

John Van Lith is the VP and Global Head of Real Estate and Facilities at Conduent since September 2022, previously serving as Senior Director focused on Real Estate Strategy and Transactions. Prior to Conduent, John held the role of Director and Southeast Region Transaction Management Lead at JLL from September 2015 to September 2022, where oversight included a significant portfolio for a Fortune 100 financial services client. John's earlier experience includes positions at CBRE as Senior Transaction Manager for Bank of America, N.A., and as a Research Analyst with both CBRE and Grubb & Ellis, where data management and reporting on construction, leasing, and market trends were key responsibilities. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder.
