Loreal Simpson

Loreal Simpson is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in talent acquisition and community relations. Currently serving as a Recruiter II in Talent Acquisition at Conduent since May 2022, Loreal focuses on interviewing candidates and enhancing the candidate experience by engaging with hiring managers. Previous roles include Community Relations Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools, where over 60 programs and events were executed to foster community engagement, and various positions at Michael M. Simpson + Associates, Inc., where project-specific marketing and website development were managed. Additional experience includes human services in foster care at the South Carolina Department of Social Services and a Graduate Fellowship with The Osborne Association, which involved advocacy for children of incarcerated parents.
