Marissa Forward is a creative and strategic brand leader currently serving as the Director of Brand, Design, and Events at Conduent. They lead enterprise-wide brand expression and event strategy, aligning teams to deliver impactful experiences. Marissa has over a decade of experience, having previously held roles at companies such as Xerox, where they partnered across teams to uphold brand integrity during significant transitions. They began their career with internships at esteemed organizations like Ralph Lauren and The Martin Group while earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
