Michael Krawitz

Michael Krawitz is currently the EVP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Conduent. Prior to their current role, Michael held similar positions at York Risk and VeriTeQ Corporation. Michael has a strong background in corporate law and has also served as a board member for Positive ID Corporation. Michael has a JD from Harvard Law School and holds a BA in Economics from Cornell University.
