Ora Byers

Ora Byers has extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration, beginning with a role as an Evaluator at Kelly Services from September 2003 to September 2007, where responsibilities included systems work, data entry, quality assessment, and analyzing state testing requirements for student proficiency. Since September 2007, Ora has served as a Benefits Administration Analyst at Conduent HR Services, providing project coordination and report creation to support the DRA Call center team while utilizing broad knowledge of business operations to recommend solutions. Previously, from February 1987 to May 2005, Ora worked as a Human Resource Supervisor at UPS, focusing on employee relations, conducting investigations, and serving as a liaison for 300 hourly employees and management personnel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Rutgers University – Camden and a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
