Rick Machold

Rick Machold is the Chief Audit Executive at Conduent, bringing over 25 years of experience in internal audit transformation, enterprise risk management, and regulatory compliance. They previously held leadership roles at notable companies, including serving as Head of Enterprise Risk at Invesco Ltd. and as Chief Risk Officer at Certegy, Inc. Rick started their career as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Risk Management Solutions practice. An active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Rick has authored articles on risk management and internal control, and is involved in academic lecturing for business programs. Rick holds an Honors B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Saint Louis University.
