Rick Wildt has nearly 30 years of experience in business transformation, talent management, and HR strategy, currently serving as the Global M&A and International Consulting Practice Leader and Principal for Client Discovery & Strategy at Buck, A Gallagher Company since May 2015. Wildt has also held principal roles at Conduent, Xerox Services, and previously served as a Principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP, leading Strategic Human Capital Consulting in the Northeast and West Regions. Early career experience includes work as a Pension Actuarial Consultant at Towers Perrin. Wildt's educational background includes a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara. Areas of expertise include M&A, operational effectiveness, culture and engagement, and total rewards, focusing on aligning organizations with their strategic objectives to enhance performance and culture.
