Smita Patel

Smita Patel is a seasoned professional in customer experience and community management with a solid background in overseeing operations and enhancing member relations. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Associate III at Conduent since October 2023, Smita previously held various roles at WeWork from April 2019 to August 2023, including Senior Community Lead, where responsibilities included managing the operations of multiple locations and acting as a liaison for escalated issues. Prior experience includes roles as a Student Ambassador and Orientation Leader at San Jose State University, where engagement with prospective students and families was emphasized. Smita is currently pursuing dual Associate of Science degrees in Construction Management and Architecture at City College of San Francisco, following a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from San Jose State University.
