John Smithson has a wide range of experience in the fields of social media marketing, fitness and nutrition, performance training, strength and conditioning, coaching, and athletic department operations. John has successfully held various roles such as Social Media Marketing Manager, Founder and Operator, Performance Specialist, Speed, Strength and Conditioning Intern, Strength and Conditioning Intern, Youth Flag Football and Basketball Coach, Soccer Camp Coordinator, and Athletic Department Intern. John holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education; Sport Administration from the University of Miami and a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Exercise Physiology from the University of Central Florida.
