Cam Roth

Cam Roth has a diverse background in sports management and operations, beginning as a Flow Team Leader at Target from December 2013 to January 2015, where oversight of a team focused on efficiency in truck unloading and merchandise stocking was a key responsibility. Roth transitioned into baseball management, serving as Manager for the Oregon Lumberjacks from January 2015 to January 2017, and later held various positions, including MiLB Field Manager for the Detroit Tigers and Manager for the Lake Erie Crushers. Roth's coaching roles involved pitching and hitting coach duties, as well as player procurement collaboration. More recently, Roth has worked as Director of Operations at CONDUSTRIAL, INC. since November 2024, focusing on client relationships and staffing solutions across multiple industries, and as a Turf Advisor at Southern Turf Co. since October 2023, specializing in synthetic grass applications. Additionally, a stint as Field Manager for the Gateway Grizzlies Baseball was completed between February and October 2021.
