Bradley Burch has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Bradley started their career in 1997 at Fasco DC Motors Division as a Project Engineer, where they developed models and designed motors while collaborating with suppliers and customers. In 1999, they joined Engineered Machined Products as a Product Development Engineer, specializing in bearing design, software development, and product design. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at National Vacuum Equipment as a Senior Engineer, focusing on new product development, silencer design, and customer support. In 2014, they became the Principal Product Development Engineer at Cone Drive Operations, Inc. and later transitioned to the role of Senior Engineer at Integrated Controls Inc in 2019.

Bradley Burch attended Michigan Technological University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
