Aaron Lefton is a dedicated leader in the utility industry and military, with over 25 years of experience in both fields. Currently, they serve as the Section Manager in Human Resources at Con Edison, where they spearhead initiatives focused on employee development and a culture of respect. Additionally, as the Joint Task Force Commander for the New York Army National Guard's Asylum Seeker Resource Support mission, Aaron leads over 2,000 service members in humanitarian operations in New York City. They are also the commander of the 2nd Battalion, 106th Regional Training Institute, where they oversee training and mentorship for emerging Army leaders. Aaron continues to pursue their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at Hunter College and is enrolled in the Military Strategic Studies program at The United States Army War College.
