Alex De Leon is an experienced GIS QA/QC Specialist in the electric sector with Con Edison since June 2021. Through prior positions, including Data Science Consultant at Clark University and Geospatial Data Analyst at the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, Alex has developed statistical indicators and ESRI dashboards to support community planning in Puerto Rico.
