Barbara Dunne is an experienced legal professional with a focus on real estate and corporate transactions. Currently serving as Associate Counsel at Con Edison since September 2006, Barbara Dunne represents the company in acquiring property rights for facility installations, negotiates purchase and sale agreements, and assists with real estate aspects of regulatory petitions. Prior to this role, Barbara Dunne gained valuable experience as an Associate at Blank Rome LLP, where responsibilities included multi-property acquisitions, corporate structuring, and negotiating real estate agreements.
