Beaumont Morton

Beaumont Morton is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in environmental education and social justice. Currently serving as a Social Justice Program Officer at Con Edison since July 2023, Beaumont has also held multiple leadership roles at WE ACT for Environmental Justice since November 2020, including Director of Environmental Health & Education. Prior experience includes teaching middle school science as a Science Teaching Fellow at Trinity School, NYC, and creating educational curricula as an Environmental Education Consultant and Fellow at WE ACT. Beaumont's early roles involved developing outdoor programs with the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and engaging with environmental outreach through the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance and the National Park Service. Beaumont earned a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education and a Master’s in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from The New School's Milano School, following a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Spelman College.
