Bhavna Kumar

Bhavna Kumar, PMP, is a seasoned technical project lead at Con Edison since March 2009, where responsibilities include leading the RFP/phase 0 process for a new initiative utilizing Bot Controller and Cognitive solutions to enhance customer service. Previously, Bhavna served as an application programmer analyst at Sun Life Financial from 2000 to 2008, contributing as a full stack developer for a website designed for financial advisors. Earlier experience includes consulting at the Board of Elections - City of New York and a position as a senior software engineer at Newgen, where Bhavna developed customized client-server applications. Bhavna holds degrees from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth and Shivaji University, completing studies in science and software development.
