Brandon Samaroo

Brandon Samaroo is a dedicated cybersecurity professional with significant experience in the field. At Comcast, from July 2022 to March 2023, Brandon served as a CORE Cybersecurity Associate, focusing on closing security gaps by utilizing the Anxious cloud database and developing automation scripts in Python. Currently, Brandon works at Con Edison as a Technical Associate in the Vulnerability Management Team since September 2024. Previous experience includes a Cyber Security Internship at Cohere Cyber Secure, where collaboration with NOC Engineers and Cyber Security architecture helped mitigate cyber threats, and a Cyber Security/Cloud Computing Internship at Crestron Electronics, where Brandon contributed to preventing cyber-attacks and worked with Azure cloud architecture. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manhattan College, graduating in 2022, and is currently pursuing further education at the same institution with a GPA of 3.9.
