Dan Smilowitz

Dan Smilowitz currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics at Con Edison, where leadership of a team of over 100 analytics professionals focuses on implementing data and advanced analytics solutions to enhance strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at the New York Power Authority, starting as the company's first data scientist and advancing to roles that included Senior Analyst and Analyst/Program Manager, successfully integrating data-driven solutions into operational processes and contributing to significant program growth. Dan holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and an MBA in Executive Management from Pace University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from McGill University.
