Daniel Robson

Daniel Robson, MBA, P.E., possesses extensive experience in the electric utility and maritime sectors. At Con Edison since December 2002, Daniel serves as the Associate Chief System Operator, managing a team responsible for operational analysis of the bulk power electric system and providing support to the Energy Control Center. Previous roles include Senior System Operator, Section Manager, Manager of Primary Systems, Operating General Supervisor, and Engineering Supervisor. In addition, Daniel has served in various leadership positions in the US Navy, currently as a Captain, ensuring the readiness of Navy Reserve Officers. Earlier experiences include Chief Engineer/Port Engineer at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where Daniel was responsible for training vessel operations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, an MBA from Hofstra University, and is ABD in Doctor of Professional Studies in Management and International Business from Pace University.
