Donny Thomas

Donny Thomas serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Learning & Inclusion at Con Edison since January 2023. Prior to this role, Donny held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Northwell Health from January 2020 to November 2022, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing careers and improving patient care. Donny also worked at Altice Technical Services as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies for over 3,000 employees across multiple states. Additionally, Donny held the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Altice USA from May 2015 to October 2017, overseeing a team and ensuring recruitment goals were met. Donny holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Technical Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from DeVry University and Keller Graduate School of Management, respectively.
