James O'Leary is an experienced Facility Manager currently employed at Con Edison since May 2011. In addition to this role, James serves as the 2nd Vice President for The Grand Council of United Emerald Societies since December 2020 and has been the Treasurer for the Emerald Society of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. since January 2015.
