Jen Hensley

Jen Hensley is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Con Edison since July 2022, overseeing government and community relations, regulatory affairs, communications, and philanthropy for one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the United States. Prior to joining Con Edison, Jen served as the VP and Head of Government Relations at Lyft, where responsibilities included advancing government affairs strategies with elected officials. In earlier roles, Jen held the title of Senior Director of Public Policy at Intersection Co., where leadership involved global aspects of the Link business and the LinkNYC project to install public Wi-Fi kiosks. Additional positions include SVP of External Affairs at the Association For A Better New York, Executive Director at Empire State Development, and various roles in real estate investment banking and environmental affairs. Educational qualifications include an MBA and an MPA from NYU Stern and New York University, respectively, and a BA in Sociology and Political Science from Barnard College.
