Joseph Deleon

Joseph deLeon currently serves as a Department Manager at Consolidated Edison, where responsibilities include reorganizing teams to enhance operational efficiencies, managing strategic plans and budgets for growth in outside plant fiber and wireless networks, and overseeing the optical engineering team's project delivery. With experience at Con Edison since 2001 as a Systems Manager, Joseph is responsible for managing the corporate network for 160 sites and 16,000 employees throughout New York and surrounding areas. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Industrial Engineering from The City University of New York.
