Lance Becca

Lance Becca is a seasoned professional in electric operations with extensive experience at Con Edison, currently serving as the Vice President of Electric Operations since January 2021. In this role, Lance champions all operational activities to ensure system reliability, maintain safety, and deliver positive customer experiences. Prior to this position, Lance held various leadership roles at Con Edison from 2002 to 2019, including General Manager of Electric Operations for Staten Island, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience while maintaining reliability and safety. Additional roles, such as Department Manager and Section Manager, focused on staff performance, process improvement, and infrastructure development for overhead electric lines. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
