Leo Palmer

Leo Palmer, PMP, MBA, has extensive experience in project and facilities management. Currently serving as a Section Manager at Con Edison since June 2008, Leo manages a capital project portfolio of $350 million and oversees the Facilities Improvement Program, leading a diverse team of professionals. Prior to this role, Leo worked at The Walt Disney Company from June 1993 to May 2008 as a Facilities Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing facilities and project operations for a significant building in New York City and overseeing multiple locations. Leo holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Strategic Leadership from SUNY Empire State College, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from City Tech, CUNY.
