Luke Starr

Luke Starr is a Senior Planning Analyst at Con Edison since September 2022, having previously held multiple positions at Southern Company from June 2012 to July 2022, including Senior Load Forecast Analyst and Senior Load Research Analyst. In these roles, Luke led the development of long-term energy models and demand forecasts, managed projects to meet regulatory deadlines, and trained colleagues on custom VBA macros. Luke holds an MS in Analytics from North Carolina State University, obtained in 2012, and a B.S. in Statistics from the same institution, completed in 2011. Additionally, Luke pursued further education at General Assembly between May 2022 and August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Habilitation Technician at Maxim Healthcare Services.
