Matthew Dean

Matthew Dean is an experienced Facilities Manager at Eaton since February 2022 and has been with Con Edison since January 2005, where roles have included I&C Manager, Maintenance Specialist, Performance Tech, and Operator. In the position of I&C Manager, Matthew Dean has successfully managed a team of 14 technicians for multiple steam generating power plants, developing and scheduling preventative maintenance and emergency response work. Matthew Dean's previous experience also includes priority setting for maintenance work and the operation of critical boiler systems. Prior to a career in energy, Matthew Dean served in the US Navy from 1999 to 2005 as an MM2, focusing on operational and maintenance aspects of propulsion systems in submarine nuclear plants. Matthew Dean is a qualified Nuclear Operator, having completed training at Navy Nuclear Power School.
