Melissa Sions is currently the Analytics Lead for the Voice of Customer at Con Edison, where they develop programs and provide insights on customer feedback. Prior to this role, Melissa held several positions in analytics, including Senior Analyst at Tinuiti and Manager of Insights and Analytics at various companies, where they excelled in leading projects and improving reporting processes. Melissa also served as a fellow in the Climatebase Fellowship, focusing on climate challenges and community building. They earned a BA in Women and Gender Studies and Sociology from Columbia University.
