Michael Santos

Michael Santos currently serves as the Deputy Corporate Ombuds at Con Edison since August 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the Director of Ethics & Business Standards at Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as the Chief Ethics Officer and overseeing the Ethics Program from November 2014 to August 2022. Michael's experience at Con Edison also encompasses various positions in Business Ethics & Compliance from March 2006 to November 2014, including roles as Project Specialist and Section Manager. Additionally, Michael was a Special Investigator at the New York City Department of Investigation from April 2001 to February 2006 and served as a Confidential Investigator at the NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board from 1998 to 2001. Michael holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from SUNY Geneseo.
