Nicholas Bucci

Nicholas Bucci is an Energy Engineer at Con Edison, contributing to one of the world's largest energy delivery systems since December 2023. Previously, Nicholas served as a Geothermal Design Engineer at Dandelion Energy, where expertise included designing Ground Source Heat Pump solutions for residential properties in the Northeastern United States. Nicholas also worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at GeoDesign, Inc., overseeing special inspection services on building projects in New York City. A creative background as Designer and Creative Director at Cottage Studios involved skills in proposal writing, budgeting, and project management. Early experience included roles as Head Lab Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont, where Nicholas mentored students and led lab sessions, and as an intern at Hazen and Sawyer, gaining hands-on experience at a water treatment plant. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and completed studies at Edinburgh Napier University.
