Patrick McHugh has extensive experience in the electric operations sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Electric Operations at Con Edison since October 2013. Prior roles at Con Edison include Vice President of Engineering and Planning and Vice President of Brooklyn Queens Electric Operations. From 2008 to 2013, Patrick held the positions of Chief Distribution Engineer and General Manager of Protective Systems Testing. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Clarkson University, with studies completed between 1987 and 1991.
