Raphael Rosenbaum is an accomplished environmental scientist and project manager with extensive experience in environmental risk management, waste disposal, and PFAS. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Con Edison from September 2022 to June 2024, Raphael manages a portfolio of Manufactured Gas Plant and petroleum spill sites within the Environment Health & Safety, MGP Remediation group. Previous roles include managing an environmental risk and liability management program and conducting environmental assessments and investigations at Liberty Environmental, Inc. and Fleming Lee Shue Inc. Raphael has also contributed to sustainable practices in the New York State Office of the Attorney General and gained early experience through internships focused on sustainable agriculture and construction. Raphael holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the City University of New York-Brooklyn College and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo.
