Robert Buck

Robert Buck has extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as General Manager at Con Edison since November 2002. Within this role, Robert has held various managerial positions, including Customer Operations Quality Assurance Manager and Section Manager for Credit and Collections and Public Assistance groups, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and operational oversight. Additionally, Robert has experience as a Senior Credit and Collections Specialist and has previously held supervisory positions in Meter Operations and Field Collections. Prior to joining Con Edison, Robert served in the US Navy from November 1996 to November 2002, achieving the rank of Machinist Mate First Class and specializing as an Engineering Laboratory Technician. Robert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Safety Administration from Mercy University and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University at Buffalo.
