Ryan Gleeson

Ryan Gleeson is currently serving as an Engagement Manager at the Emerald Society of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. since November 2024 and has been with Con Edison since September 2010, where roles have included Section Manager of Steam Operations Planning and Project Specialist. Gleeson has extensive experience in managing Steam Operations compliance programs, supporting generating stations, overseeing operational procedures, and developing compliance programs with various regulatory bodies. Previous roles at Con Edison include Planning Manager, Operating Supervisor, and Operating Mechanic, which involved leading teams, managing budgets, coordinating outage planning, and overseeing technical operations in high-pressure boiler systems.
