Shena Sealy

Shena Sealy, PMP, has over a decade of experience in project management and compensation administration, currently serving as a Project Manager at Con Edison since November 2010. In this role, Shena is responsible for planning and directing all activities related to the Oracle HCM Implementation project, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource integration. Previous positions include Business Process Redesign Lead and Project Specialist for Compensation Management, where Shena oversaw executive compensation programs and managed various salary-related processes. Prior to Con Edison, Shena worked in various roles including Compliance Analyst at the NYC Campaign Finance Board and Financial Assistant at Aero Studios Limited. Shena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Public Accounting from Pace University.
